Recitals

Regina Schlochauer played in many solo piano and harpsichord concerts in various cities in Brazil and abroad. The repertory of these concerts included music by composers from the 16th century to the contemporary period.

Chamber Music Concerts

At present plays with clarinetist Mario Marques in a Duo called “Duo Horizonte”, with oboe player Gilson Barbosa in a Duo called “Duo Orpheus” and with flutist Maria de Lourdes Carvalho, a duo called “Bel et Bon”, as well as with sopranos Heloisa Petri and Luiza Sawaya.

She has played with many groups (strings, wood instruments, voices). Among such groups:

Production of Cultural Events

Some examples of her projects:

Responsibility for content and production of the series “300 ANOS DE 3 MESTRES” (300 Years of 3 Masters”) on the occasion of the 300th birthday of Bach, Handel and Scarlatti.
6 recitals, with different programs and artists, at “Páteo do Colégio” (oldest church in the city of São Paulo) (1985).

Responsibility for content and production of the series “MÚSICA NO PÁTEO”
57 concerts with different instrument and voice formations, artists and classical music of various musical periods, which took place in the “Páteo do Colégio” (oldest church in the city of São Paulo). These concerts turned out to be a rare and happy example of a series programmed without any imposition or restriction from the sponsor. Thus, it was possible to chose musicians from various parts of Brazil and some from other countries, using only musical reasons.
(1986-1988)

Responsibility for content and production of the series “CURSOS SCHLOCHAUER DE CULTURA” (Schlochauer Courses of Culture)
Illustrated lectures related to the history of music with the participation of Regina and well known specialists of each subject (1994-1997).

During a period of three years she was responsible for a small concert hall called “SPA CULTURAL” and its programs (concerts and conferences) in the city Santos (SP). (2003-2005)

Responsible for content and production of “1,2,3 MUSICÂMARA”, a series of trio recitals, in the cities of Iguape and Cubatão. The project was chosen by the Secretary of Culture of the São Paulo state government among many competitors. (2006)

Helped in the production of a series of recitals, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the arrival of the Portuguese Royal family in Brazil. The project was the idea of Luiza Sawaya, soprano and music history researcher, who made a program of Brazilian songs of that period, performed by her and Regina in Lisbon (Portugal), Santos, São Paulo, Petrópolis and Rio de Janeiro.

Responsible for various programs and recitals for “SEMANA VILLA-LOBOS” (Recitals and talks) which the Santos Municipal Secretary of Culture presents every year in March.

Responsible for programs and production of “FESTIVAL+ MÚSICA ANTIGA”, a series of 11 recitals and talks at FIAM/FAAM university, by well known musicians. (2009)
